Tear shaped glass pearl drop hoops

Lovely vintage 1940s Japanese glass pearl drops - part of a small deadstock consignment I was lucky enough to acquire - now happily swing from new gold fill huggie-style hoop earrings. A versatile and very wearable pair of pearl hoops with a little bit of history at their heart.
 
Glass pearl drops are approx 1.5cm long and 1cm at their widest part. The huggie hoop is 1.2cm. The total drop is approx 3.3.cm.
